Maps and Stats available as a Blog

You may have noticed that this page has changed a little bit, the updates for updated reports, layers and functionality are now being delivered in a blog format, this has a number of advantages over the old static pages:
- It allows you to register for updates using an RSS reader so you don't have to keep coming back to check for updates.
- Because we can now categories each update you can choose to subscribe only to updates about the new Reports, or many be just Data Layers!
- You can now comment on any update, tell us whats good, what bad and any mistakes that might have creeped it!
- It's a lot easier for us developers to update the site!
